Police have caught a truck driver driving under the influence of illicit drugs, after being pulled over for a routine check.
The 53-year-old man from Drouin was pulled over just out of Leongatha on Tuesday morning.
Police found that the 16 tonne trucks load wasn’t secured properly, and the driver had made a number of false entries in his log book and failed to make some entries in his log book.
The man will face a 3 month license suspension and fines totalling $960.
