Two people have been arrested following a raid on a Morwell home where methylamphetamines, among other items, were discovered.
Police from the Latrobe Specials Unit executed the warrant at a Dell Circuit property around midday on Thursday where they allegedly found a number of illegal weapons.
Upon arrival, its alleged police witnessed the male attempting to flush an amount of methylamphetamines down the toilet.
Police allegedly found and seized two firearms, a taser, and drugs including methylamphetamines (known as ice) and cannabis.
Capsicum spray and a large amount of what is believed to be stolen property was also located at the residence.
A 21-year-old man has been charged on a number of drug, firearm and stolen property offences.
He faced an out of sessions court hearing at Traralgon where he was remanded and will now face Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court.
A 19-year-old woman from Morwell was arrested and released pending summons.
