Electronic payments at retailers, including Woolworths and many other services are being affected by a Telstra outage.
Customers using their bank cards for EFTPOS purchases and at ATMs May experience errors and be unable to complete their transaction.
The problem related to a payments processing network operated by Telstra, and is currently affecting all banks in some way.
Telstra confirmed the issue between 3-4pm and is still working to resolve the issue.
