Two Gippsland earthquakes in 24 hours

An earthquake with a magnitude of 2.4 was recorded this morning at around 10.30am between Rosedale and Sale.

The tremor was reportedly felt to residents as far away as Traralgon.

This follows another recorded earthquake from last night near Korumburra.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 2.7 was recorded just north of Korumburra, at around 11.45pm last night, making it 2 within 24 hours in Gippsland.
